November 2017 | Christmas and Baby Girl Giveaways | KCK Soapery

I made a couple of giveaways/favors for baby girl favors, birthday girl, and for Christmas giveaways. I was not able to write each as I finished them.  But here's some of them:

Birthday Girl Favors
Christmas Giveaways
Baby Girl Favors

Below are some of the cupcake soap toppers I made from melt and pour.

Used my usual ingredients: Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Palm Oil, Mango Butter and Castor Oil, mica for colors, fragrance oils and lye to make the oils and butter into soap.

The making of the cupcakes.

Here they are with the toppers and just waiting to get hard enough to get out of the mold.

Here are some of them off the mold:

Hope you like what you see.

Give me a poke, a shout out or just contact me and  let's work on a design for your party or just to pretty up your sinks with customize soap design.

Thank you for stopping by!

November 2017 | Abalone and Sea | KCK Soapery

This was my daughter's color vision.  Her vision was of galaxy and it's a combination of blue, purple and white.

Blue and purple mica and titanium dioxide for white. Scented with Abalone and Sea described as a fresh ocean scent with notes of days lily, sea spray, watery florals, and musk.

Same favorite recipe which includes the following ingredients: Coconut oil, olive oil, rice bran oil, mango butter, palm oil and castor oil.

Poured the white base.

Poured a middle line of purple.

Alternate blue and purple soap batter.

Covered the swirls with white.

Drizzled purple on top of white.

Blue leftover soap batter.

Made a swirl with chopstick.

We were a little worried since the blue seems to overpower the purple.

Off the mold.  The purple is not as prominent but still visible.

Off the mold.

They turned out pretty good!

November 2017 | Peppermint | KCK Soapery

Peppermint essential oil was used to scent this red and white delightful soap batch.

Tilted the mold for the striped tiger swirl I was planning to do.

Only red mica and titanium dioxide for white to color this batch.

Used the same ingredients, Coconut  oil, Olive oil, Rice Bran oil, Palm oil, Mango butter and Castor oil saponified with lye.

Started with red soap batter poured on the edge of the mold where it is tilted.

Then goes in the white.  I was able to do this swirl and had it photographed since my kid is home.

Poured the red and white alternately until I was satisfied with the stripe look I got.

Placed the mold flat on the table.

Covered the stripe with red.

Piped the top with the rest of white and red soap batter.

Off the mold.

Finally cut. My son did most of the cutting with this batch.

I am very happy with the result. My daughter said, I should not stop making soap again since my design technique is getting better.
