January 2015 | New Year Party Favors | KCK Soapery

 

First melt and pour glycerine soap for the year 2015.

 

 

The puzzle pieces were all made of colored soaps and then embedded in faintly tinted clear soap sprinkled with iridescent glitter.

 

The batch was scented with "Mistletoe and Ivy" fragrance oil.  A favorite winter scent described as blends of cedar leaf, Siberian fir, English holly, holiday mistletoe, cooling camphor, trailing ivy, sandalwood, vetiver, and frosted musk.

November 2014 | Melt and Pour Giveaways | KCK Soapery

 

If you need giveaway soaps but don't have the 3-6 weeks for cold process soaps to cure, we can always use melt and pour soaps.  They set up in a few minutes and can be use right away.  Last week was melt and pour week for giveaways. The above heart soaps were for a wedding giveaway.

Graduation Diploma Party Favors

These graduation party favors are about 3 oz. each and I made it because my niece is now celebrating her graduation from college. 

 

 

I used regular white melt and pour base and clear base colored with ultramarine blue.  These are fragranced with abalone and sea fragrance oil. 

 

 

I still need a lot of practice to shrink wrap soap smoothly.
